Tell yourself every day. Say it as many times as it takes for you to believe it to be true, even just a little.


We may have grown into our adulthoods having been taught, and possibly covertly, that we do not matter, that our thoughts and feelings are something to be ashamed of, that our needs are unwarranted. It is up to us now, as adults, to transform the narrative and stand up for our inner child who was not adequately tended to in their most vulnerable moments.


Now, we get to claim our power. We get to take control of our perspective. We get to prioritize our needs. We get to heal, and walk through that door that has been waiting for us to open it and claim what is meant for us. The future is bright.
